This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in marketing and digital media. The ideal candidate is proactive, task-focused, and eager to learn the ins and outs of the real estate business. This role could be a great fit for a parent re-entering the workforce, a recent college graduate, or someone looking to spend a few years gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation in real estate.

Job Details:
Daily Operations & Transaction Support

Support buyer and seller transactions end-to-end

Serve as a client point of contact

Coordinate listings, showings, and buyer needs

Proactively identify and solve issues
Process & Workflow Management

Build and improve buyer and seller processes

Create systems for efficiency and consistency

Keep team organized and on schedule

Identify and implement improvements
Marketing & Brand Execution

Execute daily marketing (social, newsletters, mailers)

Coordinate vendors and maintain brand consistency

Assist with content planning and creation
Client Experience & Events

Plan client events, pop-bys, and gifting

Deliver a high-touch, personalized client experience
Technology & Systems

Manage CRM and transaction systems

Track data and maintain organized records

Implement tools to improve efficiency
